The Inside Auto Damage Appraiser is responsible for preparing physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for first or third party damages.  Appraisals will be completed from our CarPics program and consist of minor damage accidents and obvious total losses.  The Appraiser will be required to provide a high level of customer service while utilizing measures to control severities.  This is NOT a field position on the road.  This role will be based onsite in one of the following office locations: Uniondale, NY, or Boston, MA.

The Claims Representative is responsible for the handling of Auto Property Claims. This individual will work within our “Complex PD Claim Unit”. They will need to provide a high level of customer service while exercising patience throughout the process. The environment is fast paced with heavy phone work. Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written skills are required. The position requires patience and the ability to function professionally in adversarial situations.  Comparative negligence claim handling experience is a must. The position is available in Uniondale NY.
