The State Product Manager leads the development of the company’s product features, pricing and competitive position. A key responsibility of this role is to independently create and develop favorable business outcomes through the analysis of complex issues and provide recommendations for the implementation of new rating plans, underwriting rules, process improvements, and other initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between the Product department and all of the other departments that interface with the group.  He/she ensures that projects are defined and implemented as intended.   Requirements:  - Accountable for the P&L of assigned state and line of business. Senior Auto Property Damage Adjuster The Senior Auto Property Damage Adjuster will assist customers after a motor vehicle accident through knowledgeable communication and management of the claims process. Plymouth Rock Assurance is looking for creative individuals with an inquisitive mindset who can use critical thinking to aid customers in settling homeowner losses remotely.  The Homeowners Claims Specialist is responsible for investigating, negotiating, estimating, and settling first party property claims virtually. Specialists will use a combination customer input, cutting edge virtual estimating technology as well as onsite vendor information to quickly settle low to moderate severity losses on a daily basis. You will be part of a fast-moving team and will be expected to help enhance our process and culture with your insight and experience.       Responsibilities Include: - Proactive communication style and setting accurate claims length expectations  - Conducting accurate coverage analysis and damage assessments to ensure prompt payment of claims in accordance with quality standards - Writing estimates for related damage, provide customers scope of loss and cost of repairs - Assign, direct and oversee vendors conducting mitigation and/or inspection during the adjustment of homeowners' property claim - Identify subrogation potential and liability exposures - Establish timely and appropriate claim reserves in accordance with claim standards - Adjusting homeowner’s property claims in all states in which Plymouth Rock writes business. - Appropriately represent the company by executing a high level of service and maintaining professionalism at all times  Qualifications/Education: - Bachelor’s degree preferred - One-year homeowners adjusting experience or equivalent service/construction/trade/etc. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with policyholders, outside vendors and ensure that results are meeting our standards and objectives.   - Ability to obtain licensure in applicable states if required and complete CE credit/classes where necessary  - Experience in Xactimate  X1 preferred  - Understanding of State specific regulations and property homeowner claims process  - Familiarity with water mitigation auditing programs preferred  - Must possess excellent writing skills - The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently Plymouth Rock Assurance Homeowners Group writes homeowner’s and renter’s insurance exclusively.
