The Product Analyst supports the development of the company’s product features, pricing and competitive position for Plymouth Rock’s personal lines products sold in the assigned market(s) for the Direct Group. This person extracts data for analysis and implementation of new rating plans, improvements to our telematics program, underwriting rules, process improvements, and other initiatives to support profitable growth and improve competitive position. The Auto Damage Appraiser/Crashbuster is responsible for preparing physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for first or third party damages in the Gloucester, MA area. The candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service while utilizing measures to control severities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Survey damages, prepare estimates and negotiate settlements.  Settlements include partial and total losses within their established authority level. - Issue drafts to the appropriate parties. - Document the claim file as necessary. - Complete re-inspections and supplements in a timely manner complying with all state regulations. - Liaison to Body Shops in our GRP network.   - Comply with all production standards and estimating guidelines - Ensure that service, expense control and public relations are maintained at all times. - Complete reports on recovered theft and fire assignments. - Participate in team meetings - Participate in catastrophic claim handling when requested. This may include overnight travel for extended periods of time. - Adhere to privacy guidelines and MA Fair Claims Practices Act. Qualifications and Education:    - Assigned Territory – Gloucester, MA area - Must have a valid Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License - Must have valid driver’s license and favorable driving record. - A minimum of 1-3 years of auto claims appraisal experience. - Adverse conditions are encountered while inspecting vehicles. Candidate must be able to work outside in inclement weather and drive long distances. - Comfortable completing inspections of damaged vehicles including but not limited to crawling under and around vehicles, inspecting vehicles in tight quarters at body shops and salvage yards, etc. - Must be willing to participate in catastrophe claim handling when requested. The mission of the Director of Partnership Distribution Analytics position is to provide insightful analysis, analytics, and recommendations to the Partners leadership team to drive informed, effective business decision-making. The position reports directly to head of the Partners business (Chief Partnership Officer), and will work very closely with the entire Partners management team.   The position is responsible for leading all aspects of the creation, capture, and analysis of critical data and information related to the operation of the Partners channel business. The position will devise and implement a strategic approach for conducting quantitative analysis of partner performance (both individually and collectively) and specialty product performance, including analysis of the effectiveness of various marketing programs, compensation programs and sales practices. The Claims Supervisor, SIU will oversee the operation of a unit of SIU Investigators and Analysts with varying levels of experience who handle investigations on suspect claim and underwriting matters. Join Plymouth Rock Assurance, a dynamic leader in the insurance industry, as an Adverse Subrogation Claims Representative. We're seeking a seasoned professional to independently investigate, pursue, and recover monies from parties responsible for losses sustained by our insureds.   As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating prompt collection and maximizing recovery. Your responsibilities will include assessing liability, negotiating settlements, and enhancing our processes with your expertise.   Responsibilities:   - Analyze investigations to make liability assessments, including reviewing first and third-party statements, witness testimonies, scene photos, and other relevant data. - Evaluate proximate cause, negligence, and damages to adjust reserves accordingly. - Negotiate and settle claims within your authority, seeking guidance from supervisors when necessary. - Maintain an effective follow-up system on pending files and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Act as an intermediary between the company, preferred vendors, customers, insureds, and claimants. - Utilize Adverse Stream system for case management and maintain an active diary management system. - Respond to and draft arbitration contentions, with a willingness to become certified as an arbitrator. - Adhere to privacy guidelines, laws, and regulations pertaining to claims handling. - Scrub adverse carrier proofs to secure optimal settlements, collaborating with appraisal staff or Hyper Quest as needed.   Qualifications:   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and computer skills. - 3 to 5+ years of experience handling auto comparative negligence claims. - Working knowledge of the inter-company arbitration process is advantageous. - Certification from Arbitration Forums is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to obtain state licenses when required. - Pursuing an insurance designation is beneficial but not mandatory. - Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills     About the Company The Plymouth Rock Company and its affiliated group of companies write and manage over $2 billion in personal and commercial auto and homeowner’s insurance throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, where we have built an unparalleled reputation for service.
