We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about unlocking new opportunities to ensure Plymouth Rock’s long-term growth.   As Media Director you will drive strategy, execution and optimization of Plymouth Rock’s media budget across all marketing channels. You will play a critical role in driving both awareness and growth across our six states footprint and beyond. This role will report to the Vice President of Direct. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Manage Plymouth Rock’s advertising budget and reporting across Video, Audio, Social, Search and more. - Develop a paid channel strategy that ladders back to strategic objectives, including spend by channel, flighting and frequency. - Track and report spend and performance by channel as well as communicate media plans, results and optimizations to key internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the media strategy and execution are aligned to company objectives and continually test to deliver on company goals. - Work hand in hand with digital product team to implement tracking and pixels as needed and serve as a thought leader on attribution. - Proactively identify and assess new channels to unlock opportunity amongst Plymouth Rock’s target market. He/she is responsible for the quality of the cases in the office and for ensuring that both the attorney and legal assistant staffs perform to high standards. The Managing Attorney is also responsible for the overall internal operation of House Counsel Office, including recommending selection of staffing, preparation of yearly budgets, preparation of objectives and performance reviews, working with office supervisors and attorney supervisors on all aspects of running the office in an efficient and productive manner, review and approval of outside vendor invoices, attorney travel expenses, and signing authority for drafts; providing input on future office needs (staffing, office space, etc.). Individual is responsible for the accurate detection and in-depth investigation of potentially fraudulent insurance activity, ranging from complex medical and staged accident claims to simpler application fraud issues. Investigative activities will include in-person interviews and recorded statements. Prepares and presents reports of impartial results to management for decision-making. Performs field work and coordinates efforts with industry fraud units, claim personal, counsel, law enforcement and agencies. May provide evidence and testimony in cases where law enforcement agencies pursue prosecution. May conduct fraud awareness training and/or investigate research. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Responsible for the analysis of the investigation completed to make a liability assessment. This includes the review and analysis of first and third party statements, witnesses, scene photos, investigating officers and other relevant parties, along with the review and analysis of all damages claimed including but not limited to vehicle damages, etc. - Analyze the investigation to determine proximate cause, negligence, and damages. Evaluate and adjust reserves as necessary. - Negotiate and settle claims within his/her individual authority. Submit claims for approval to supervisor when over his/her authority or for guidance, review and/or referral when appropriate. - Maintain an effective follow-up system on pending files. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Adjust to fluctuating workload. Advise insureds, claimants, brokers on the status of the claim. Act as an intermediary between the Company, preferred vendors and customers. Resolve all disputes that may arise. - Ability to “set up” cases in the Adverse Stream system. - Ability to maintain an active, current diary management. - Ability to respond to/write Arbitration contentions or willingness to learn how to do so. - Willingness to be certified as an Arbitrator with arbitration Forums. - Adhere to privacy guidelines, law and regulations pertaining to claims handling. - Ability to analyze investigation and “scrub” adverse carrier “proofs” to secure the best possible settlement.
