The mission of the Director of Partnership Distribution Analytics position is to provide insightful analysis, analytics, and recommendations to the Partners leadership team to drive informed, effective business decision-making. The position reports directly to head of the Partners business (Chief Partnership Officer), and will work very closely with the entire Partners management team.
The position is responsible for leading all aspects of the creation, capture, and analysis of critical data and information related to the operation of the Partners channel business. The position will develop and implement analytic solutions that enhance the ROI of all aspects of marketing, distribution, and channel management. The position will devise and implement a strategic approach for conducting quantitative analysis of partner performance (both individually and collectively) and specialty product performance, including analysis of the effectiveness of various marketing programs, compensation programs and sales practices. This position plays an important thought leadership role in the organization, and will be evaluated in part on the continuous improvement and innovation it provides in developing the role and capabilities of the Partner analytics team. The position will lead the dedicated Partners analytics team, and will also serve as the liaison to other technical areas of the business including Product, Actuarial, Advanced Analytics, and Underwriting, and will work closely with IT & Operations.
This is a working management position, i.e., the role will be required to both manage a team of analysts, and act as a senior individual contributor too as needed.

The Business Intelligence Supervisor is responsible for developing methods and leading analytical reviews of operational workflows and lifetime profitability to measure operational and marketing channel effectiveness, and ensure adequate profitability for the business being written by the Direct Group. The Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Claims Director provides business leadership and strong technical skills for the Claims organization. This position will oversee Personal Injury Exposures for the Direct Channel.
The PIP Claims Director ensures effective and efficient execution of initiatives across all business units and validates results through quality reviews and reporting. The PIP Claims Director should be able to work both independently and partner with all levels of the organization. - Maintains ownership for severity, service and expense management on the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) line of business.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Multiple state licenses (including CT, NH, MA, RI). The ability to obtain licenses within six months.
- 1-2 years of prior claim experience, preferred prior handling of total losses and/or diminished value claims.
