Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation and disposition of first and third party personal auto property damage claims. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, currently 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
- Contact insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties related to an auto accident.
- Proficient in communicating in a variety of ways, including phone, text, email etc.
- Investigate all assigned claims for coverage, liability, and damages.
- Ensure timely disposition of all claims in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for timely payment of auto repairs and resolution of total losses.
- Ensure adherence to personal lines policies including related coverages and exclusions.
- Determine liability of parties involved in a loss, including application of comparative negligence.
- Effectively manage workload through claims management and imaging systems.

The Auto Damage Appraiser/Crashbuster is responsible for preparing physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for first or third party damages in the Worcester, MA region. The candidate will be required to provide a high level of customer service while utilizing measures to control severities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Survey damages, prepare estimates and negotiate settlements. Settlements include partial and total losses within their established authority level.
- Issue drafts to the appropriate parties.
- Document the claim file as necessary.
- Complete re-inspections and supplements in a timely manner complying with all state regulations.
- Liaison to Body Shops in our GRP network.
- Comply with all production standards and estimating guidelines

- Expert in Python, proficient in SQL, additional SAS knowledge a bonus for legacy code.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, Snowflake (preferable), AWS.
- Proficiency with AWS Services including but not limited to AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS EC2, Sagemaker.
- Proficient with ETL/ELT data pipelines, patterns for loading Data Warehouses, Lakes.
- Experience with build/deploy automation & DevOps frameworks (CI/CD, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, pipeline-as-code).
- A design thinking and test-driven development mindset.

POSITION: Personal Lines Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Personal Lines Manager

The Personal Lines Sales Representative will be expected to account round existing accounts, adding coverages and increasing policy limits. These opportunities will be self-generated and referred to the sales representative from our account service managers. The ability to consistently make outbound calls to warm prospects is essential to this position. The ideal candidate will also be willing to develop relationships with key referral partners which may include outside sales calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance to new and existing clients
- Proactively call prospects and existing clients
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous sales service at all times
- Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
Requirements & Experience:
- Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer License
- 2+ years of Personal Lines experience
- Thorough knowledge of basic Personal Lines products
- Understanding of insurance markets and marketing practices
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent attention to detail and vigilant documentation of customer and sales interactions
- AMS360 experience a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with varying time constraints
- Willingness to share ideas with team members and participate in a collaborative environment
- Ability to attend at least two networking events per year which may be held outside on business hours.
