The Senior Field Marketing Representative is accountable for the daily management and business relationship between the Company and a specific group of independent agents. The area of coverage is Central & Eastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities include appointing new independent agencies, establishing and managing agent’s annual business plans against the Company’s strategic business goals, implementing and monitoring various sales programs, and training all levels within the agency regarding specific rating and service functions. The Senior Marketing Representative serves as the liaison between all the functional departments within the Company and our agents, thereby maintaining the relationship between Company and Agent. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Strong communication skills both orally and written. - Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage change and conflict. - Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, away from the office. Must be focused and self-motivated. - Ability to interpret, assimilate, and translate data. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Accountable for developing production goals and commitments for each agent based on their individual action plan. - Accountable to document, manage and monitor production results against budgeted production goals both individually by agent and for the marketing territory, communicate results to agents and modify agent behavior to achieve production goals. - Develop, implement and monitor sales programs and campaigns within each agency. - Review the profile of each agent’s book of business against the Company’s overall book to develop individual action plans for improvement. - Establish and manage a defined follow up plan to monitor results. - Prepare territory reviews. - Identify and communicate service problems to the appropriate internal staff, address and resolve the issue and communicate the resolution to the agent. - Visit 3-4 Agents daily to provide all the servicing needs for each assigned agent. - Develop and maintain a thorough and in-depth knowledge of all company products, guidelines, and procedures in order to provide training for rollover, new business submissions, and company philosophy. - Maintain an understanding of the regulatory issues regarding Massachusetts auto & home insurance. - Gather current competitive and marketing information on our competitors, communicate changes to the internal staff, and analyze and interpret these changes and their possible impact to the company. - Prospect new agents based on our current appointment goals. - Analyze and prepare the profiles of agents interested in appointments. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education - 3+ Years of Field Sales/Marketing experience working with Independent Agents required. - Bachelor's degree (B. The environment is fast paced with heavy phone work. Strong customer service, organizational, verbal, and written skills are required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Investigates and interprets policy provisions, endorsements and conditions to make a coverage determination in the automobile property claim. Identify and investigate Contested Coverage Claims with recommendation prepared for coverage committee. - Responsible for the investigation of the auto accident to make a liability assessment. This includes interviewing first and third party claimants, witnesses, investigating officers and other relevant parties, along with securing pertinent records, documentation and loss scene information. - Analyzes the investigation to determine proximate cause, negligence, and damages. Evaluates and adjusts reserves as necessary. - Prepares dispatch instructions for field personnel to inspect vehicles. - Negotiates and settles claims within his/her individual authority. Submits claims for approval to supervisor when over his/her authority or for guidance, review and/or referral when appropriate. - Maintains an effective follow-up system on pending files. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Adjust to fluctuating workload. Advises insureds, claimants, brokers on the status of the claim. Acts as an intermediary between the Company, preferred vendors and customers. In this role you will be handling the field adjustment and management of homeowners property claims in Northern, NJ (Paramus area).   Responsibilities: • Coverage/policy analysis, damage assessment and settlement of 1st party property claims. • Provide technical guidance, direction and 1st in class customer service experience in the handling of homeowner property cases. • Ensure timely and appropriate claim reserves in accordance to our best practices standards. • Ensure regulatory compliance and usage of claims best practices, while meeting targets for service, loss mitigation, productivity and expense management. • Ensure prompt determination of coverage, and payment of claims in accordance with quality standards.    Qualifications: • A minimum of 5-8 years of homeowners adjusting experience. • Comprehensive understanding of Connecticut and New York claim handling compliance regulations. • Comprehensive understanding of property homeowner policy and claims process. • Mastery of Xactimate 28. • Familiarity with water mitigation auditing programs preferred. • Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with policyholders, outside vendors and ensure that results are meeting our standards and objectives. • Must possess excellent writing skills. • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently. • Ability to obtain licensure in other states if requested.   Education: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university or relative work experience is required.   About the Company The Plymouth Rock Company and its affiliated group of companies write and manage over $1.6 billion in personal and commercial auto and homeowner’s insurance throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, where we have built an unparalleled reputation for service. The Customer Solutions Director will work closely with the leadership team in developing and implementing strategy, with particular emphasis on exceeding service excellence, engaging employees, optimizing our operations and enhancing the Customer and Agency Experience. The Director will develop recommendations on business practices, technologies and strategic priorities, and subsequently oversee the implementation of relevant process changes to ensure the achievement of departmental and company goals/objectives. They will work closely with cross company service organizations to identify and implement best practices. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Lead operations and processes associated with service activities and policy services. - Creates and leads a culture of service excellence. Fosters an enthusiastic environment that is team-oriented, customer focused, and quality driven. - Drive operation improvements that will minimize expenses while delivering on service level objectives. - Maintains business ownership of customer care and policy service. - Acts as “voice of the agent and customer” in designing and implementing initiatives to promote ease of use, profitability and retention, and improve efficiency, including plans for increased agent and customer self-service. - Develops and sustains effective and mutually beneficial relationships between agents, marketing reps and customers. - Develops and maintain metrics measuring customer and agency satisfaction and productivity trends.  The Director should be able to not only understand the metrics but develop new insights from the metrics driving further service improvements.  - Provides strong leadership and acts as coach and role model to develop team members’ management skills. Qualification and Education - Bachelor’s Degree; plus a minimum of 5 years director or supervisor level experience in the industry; ideally in personal lines. - 5 or more years directly related call center leadership - Extensive experience with contact center systems including Avaya CMS, Avaya WFM/Recording - Superior strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership skills. Principal Cybersecurity Engineer   The Principal Cybersecurity Engineer reports to the Head of Cybersecurity and is responsible for the cybersecurity operations at Plymouth Rock Assurance. The role includes a strong collaboration with internal IT teams to ensure that Plymouth Rock systems and software are protected from breaches. The Principal Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for managing the day-to-day cybersecurity operations. They will implement and manage the systems needed to ensure that the operations are properly executed, from firewalls to SIEM, DLP, Network Security, OT, DLP, CASB and EDR. The role is responsible for assessing new systems before they are implemented using penetration testing techniques.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Responsible for network security, tools that enable network security auditing / reporting, and ensuring security is “built into” the organization’s network and network devices, including third party - Responsible for the cybersecurity tools needed to execute the cybersecurity mandate - Analyzes and recommends security controls and procedures in acquisition, development, and change management lifecycle of information systems, and provides oversight to ensure compliance. - Maintains current knowledge of new products, industry trends and recommends enhancements and purchases that allow Plymouth Rock to maintain healthy and functional - Provides technical consulting to management, business users, and technical associates to ensure that applications and platforms are secure - Responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing security requirements for Network and Network devices - Architects, designs, implements, maintains and operates information system security controls and countermeasures; documents the operation, use, and expected outputs of these systems - Analyzes and recommends security controls and procedures in business processes related to use of information systems and assets, and provides oversight to ensure compliance - Implementing security control as necessary in alignment with various NIST standards (800-53, 800-82 …)   Qualifications and Education: - Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or equivalent experience - Certification in at least one Cybersecurity program (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC or similar) - 3+ years’ of experience in a hands-on security focused role - Demonstrated ability to apply fundamental cybersecurity and IT concepts to tasks and projects - Demonstrated experience with Penetration Testing Reporting and Remediation - Hands on technical experience with SIEM, Networking, OT, DLP, CASB, EDR - Experience with AWS Security.
