The Facilities Associate will be responsible for sorting and delivering mail, filing of important documents, and imaging of correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting and delivering mail throughout the company on a daily basis

• Assist with setting up for meetings or company gatherings which require moving tables and chairs
• Ad hoc projects or requests

• Requests for post office delivery for packages

• Imaging documents into our online paperless systems

Qualifications:

• Experience sorting and delivery of mail.
• Experience with equipment operations such as postage machines, folder/inserter machines, and high speed copiers.
• Experience filing important documents.
• Experience imaging mail and other correspondence.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and willing to do general cleaning duties.
• Must be a team player.
