Associate RPA Developer

 

Plymouth Rock is seeking an Associate UiPath Developer to work cross-functionally with the business and IT to design, develop, deploy and optimize automation solutions using intelligent automation tools (RPA, AI, ML, OCR, LLM, etc.) and techniques. You can expect to work with more tenured developers and develop new RPA and automation components, or debug and update existing ones to the newest technology. This is an exciting role spanning all facets of our business and offers a career opportunity to quickly advance into the Advanced, Expert and Lead Developer Roles. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire solution lifecycle. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • With support from Business Consultants, work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
  • Design, develop and test automation workflows to improve business processes and create efficiencies to meet business objectives, primarily through RPA solutions
  • Manage, maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate RPA solutions with other systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for RPA workflows
  • Participate in the development of RPA standards, processes, and best practices
  • Keep up to date with emerging automation technologies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with the business and IT to ensure compliance within a governance framework

 

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 2-3 years of UiPath experience
  • Experience with UiPath’s core products including Studio, Orchestrator, Insights, Automation Hub and Integration Service
  • Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center and Test Manager
  • Familiarity with specialized AI (e.g., OCR, NLP) and generative AI (e.g., LLM)
  • Proficiency in programming languages and database technologies such as Python, Java, .NET, VB Script, and SQL
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
