Job Overview: As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our client-centric approach, delivering impeccable service that includes annual renewals, cross-selling, up-selling, daily service needs, and fostering strong relationships with both Encharter customers and our esteemed insurance company partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quote all commercial lines coverages for new and existing customers efficiently.
- Conduct thorough reviews of coverages on existing accounts, recommending changes when appropriate.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service, upholding our commitment to exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for all lines of business and products written.
- Engage in other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements & Experience:
- Possession of a Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer License.
- A minimum of two years of proven Commercial Lines account management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of all Commercial Lines products, with a focus on servicing and placing Excess & Surplus lines business.
- Familiarity with commercial insurance markets, products, and marketing practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous documentation of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks within varying time constraints.
- Team player mentality with a commitment to contributing positively in a collaborative environment.
