Here is what you will do: 

Profitability and Top-Line Trend Analysis

• Create report suites that support varying state and segmented marketing strategies
• Develop pertinent management reports comparing performance vs targets
• Develop analyses to identify problems and opportunities due to shifts in volume and loss ratio
• Create agent analytics database and able to perform agent drill down analyses and analyze agent profitability concerns

Agent Segmentation Management

• Manage IA Group Agent Segmentation phases
• Drive periodic reviews of segmenting agents based on quoting/selling, retention, and profitability attributes.

Agent Incentive Support

• Own the IA Group Profit Share module including all agent plan attributes and offerings
• Provide datasets for use in evaluating agents eligibility and needs or individual agent incentives
• Create tools to monitor and project agent incentive payments daily
• Create visually appealing documents to communicate individual agent results

Here is what you will bring to the table: 

• BA Degree in quantitative field of study
• Product or Actuarial experience desired
• Extensive experience with database and SQL tools including MS SQL, Tableau, Visual BASIC, and EXCEL
• Ability to work with counterparts in the organization with varying levels of technical expertise, including Marketing, Product, and IT personnel
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a high volume of tasks
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics to continuously improve reporting capabilities
